Vintage Linen Postcard 1940-1944 of the Christ Episcopal Church in DOVER, DELAWARE. This HISTORIC CHURCH was erected in 1734. A CEMETERY GRAVEYARD is shown in the front of the church and along one side. Dover is the capital of Delaware and the second largest city (the largest is Wilmington). Standard size 5.5” x 3.5”. Postally unused. In VERY GOOD CONDITION according to postcard rating system with very mildly worn corners and a minute amount of edge wear (barely noticeable) which are not detrimental to its overall great appearance. Please see photo and you be the judge. Shipped with USPS First Class. IMPORTANT POSTCARD SHIPPING INFO: For single postcard purchases, you can choose .75 cents for postage, but there will be no tracking number included. This is called a non-machinable letter and is handled in such a way so to not bend it. Please understand that if you choose this option you are making an informed decision to take the risk that should your package get lost, there will be no way to track it and I the seller am not to blame (in terms of giving me negative feedback). I will, however, refund you the full price of the postcard and shipping in the rate event that this happens. The other option is to pay .15 for a First Class package with tracking. These are the only two options the post office gave me. On multiple postcard orders, please wait until you hear from me before paying as there are several factors that go into calculated shipping on volume pricing.
