    Simple Omelette
Pour beaten eggs into both sides of pan.
When eggs begin to set up, add veggies or meats to the handle side of the pan.
Close lid to fold omelet. Remove from heat to complete cooking.
Carefully slide onto serving plate. Add desired toppings, garnish, and serve.
    Mango French Toast Frittata
    1 Ripe Mango / 4 Eggs / 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon / 1 Tablespoon Sugar / 1/4 Cup Milk / 3-4 Pieces of Sandwich Bread
Mix eggs, milk, and cinnamon in a bowl. Rip bread into small pieces and soak in egg mixture.
Dice up fresh mango into small chunks. Put half of the soaked bread mixture into one side of the pan. Then add the mango evenly across the bread.
Close the top lid and cook for 5 minutes on low. Flip the pan to cook the wet bread mixture side when the French Toast Fritatta rises and starts to get firm on top. Cook for another 4-5 minutes.
Take off heat and carefully flip or slide onto a plate. Let it cool for a few minutes and then slice it up. Add powdered sugar and syrup and serve!
