This is a Cuisine-Cookware Command Performance Gold Cook & Serve 7.5 Quart Covered Casserole.
The Covered Casserole is Made of 18/10 Stainless Steel with 3-Ply Base, and has 24K Gold-Plated Accents, and a Tempered Glass Lid.
18/10 stainless steel is tough and durable and should last years, even generations.
The tempered glass lid allows easy monitoring of cooking progress. The glass lid is also ideal for cook and serve use on dining table or holiday buffet.
The Super Therm base distributes the heat evenly and allows for low and medium energy saving settings.
Command Performance Gold Casserole, can also be used as containers for cold food items.
The approximate size of the pot is 15 1/4" Long (Handle to Handle) x 11 5/8" Diameter (Top) x 7 7/8" Diameter (Bottom) x 5" High (Without Lid) x 8 1/2" High (With Lid).
Handwashing is recommended.
